Console Guide¶
How-to guides for working in the Anychat console — from connecting messaging channels to day-to-day lead management. The day-to-day guides assume no technical background.
Before the sale:
- Concepts — generate a self-playing demo conversation from a prospect's website to show what rich messaging could do for them, refine it, publish a shareable link, and build a real agent from it when they say yes.
Designing your agent (the sections of the Definition):
- Playbooks — authoring the Default Playbook and the situational ones: when-to-use descriptions, bodies, and references.
- Objectives — outcome-shaped goals, ranking, and completion-rate analytics.
- Guardrails — the four rule lists and the compliance catalog.
- Personality — picking a voice and tailoring it to your brand.
- Capabilities — the roster of what the agent can do: connections, custom integrations, and readiness.
- Knowledge & Products — documents, website import, and the product catalog.
- Message Templates — reviewed copy with slots and fallbacks.
Setting up your agent:
- Channels — connect your agent to RCS, WhatsApp, Apple Messages, SMS, and more; managed vs. bring-your-own-account, and what to expect during provisioning.
- People — the built-in CRM: the fields your agent tracks about each person, importing people from a spreadsheet, and how product interest maps to your catalog.
- Scheduling Calls — let the agent book calls with your representatives: availability, notifications, reminders, and Google Calendar.
- Exporting & Importing Agents — download an agent's configuration as a file, keep it as a backup, clone it, or move the agent to another account.
Day to day:
- Reaching Out to People — add a lead, send the agent's opening message, follow the conversation, and get notified when a call is booked. Written for non-technical operators.
Throughout the console:
- Anychat Copilot — the built-in assistant panel: ask how something works or what your agent is set to, have it draft changes you approve before they apply, and let it open the right page.
