The agent menu

Every agent's left navigation is organized by what you are doing.

Monitor is the agent's home once it is built, and holds the daily view: Overview, Conversations, People, Sends, Calls, and Activity.

Build holds the agent itself: Behavior (Identity, Personality, Guardrails, Rules, Goals, Playbooks, Message Templates), Knowledge (Sources, Facts, Things, Media, Business info), Capabilities (Scheduling, People fields, Notifications, Integrations), Outreach, and Channels.

Test is where you find out whether it behaves the way you intend: the Emulator, Sandbox conversations, Tests, test links, and emulator links.

Settings is set-once housekeeping: Model, Sending, Concept Studio, and Export & import. Who on your team may do what is a property of the workspace rather than of one agent, and lives in Workspace · Members. See Manage access.
